Job Description


As the SIOP and Fulfillment Manager you will Identify and implement system and process improvements within the supply chain to enable overall business process improvement, develop appropriate inventory management tools and processes to achieve organizational goals, and further develop existing forecast and supply programs to improve current days of inventory and cash cycle

  • On time delivery performance for all manufactured finished goods
  • Inventory Performance for all manufactured and sourced finished goods
  • Delivery of productivity / cost savings as it relates to inventory management



  • Assess impact to materials availability from customer sales opportunities that may be affecting demand for product over and above the plan
  • Partner with demand management to Improve forecasting tools and procedures through application of innovative ideas and projects
  • Analyze inventory levels and product demands to determine reorder levels and safety stocks that will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs
  • Drive, promote and develop positive communication between multiple functions to drive overall performance
  • Support new product development and end of life process to minimize impact to overall supply chain health
  • Assist in the resolution of MRP and planning discrepancies
  • Work cooperatively to implement innovative inventory efficiency programs



  • Experience in supply chain management, materials management, demand planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and procurement in a high-volume, high-mix, discrete manufacturing environment
  • BS or BA degree in Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in materials management/supply chain


  • Supply Chain experience requiring interaction with various levels of management
  • Familiarity with all aspects of material management including MRP systems and procedures relating to the function
  • Proven success working in a high energy and fast paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
