Job Description

This position will serve as the Administrator of HFM, FCCS & PBCS applications and interfaces as part of the MBCI Finance, which includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Metadata and reporting maintenance in related financial systems
  • Administration and configuration of applications
  • Provide customer support for related applications through Service Now
  • Work closely with business to gather and document requirements and configuring solutions by coordinating with Oracle on EPM Application space

Key Accountabilities

  • Chart of Account master data creation, maintenance, and mapping between Oracle ERP, PBCS, HFM and FCCS
  • Review monthly EPM patches, Lead regression testing, support EPM Automate application issues and do impact analysis as a regular production support activity.
  • Develop, maintain, analyze, and support internal and external reporting: FR and Smart View
  • Manage security requests and maintenance
  • System administration: monthly close process/consolidation; create and maintain end-user web forms; develop and maintain rules based on business needs
  • Responsible for validation of data for movement between financial applications
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues submitted through Service Now application related to HFM,FCCS & PBCS applications
  • Willingness and aspirations to learn new tools and technology and to keep up with modern finance, business processes and connected transformations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Info Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology with a Business minor, or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience with HFM, FCCS and PBCS configuration preferred
  • Minimum of 5-year relevant experience in Finance or Information Systems related to EPM system
  • Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Excellent knowledge of Data Management including drill-through to source data
