Fortius Sport & Health is seeking an energetic and motivated individual interested in helping us share our stories, grow our brand and achieve our marketing & communications goals.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Multimedia Producer is responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating a variety of multi-channel digital and print content, including: filming, producing and editing videos, storytelling, photography and graphic design.

The Multimedia Producer also assists with Fortius’ larger digital presence, including content marketing strategies and tactics across multiple platforms. This position works with both internal and external audiences to achieve communications goals according to Fortius strategic plan and vision.

The Multimedia Producer must be flexible and willing to work some evenings & weekends.

Photography & Videography

• Responsible for all facets of professional digital video and photography production including: framing, sound recording, talent management and editing
• Maintain Fortius’ high level of video standards while bringing new ideas (see YouTube channel for previous video content)
• Demonstrates knowledge of the best ways to grab a viewer’s attention, and how to tell a powerful brand story in short, social-media worthy segments
• Showcases proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere
• Possesses a meticulous eye for detail
• Ability to work independently to carry a project from idea to execution

Graphic Design – Print and Digital

• Executes all marketing collateral production including: design, copy editing, obtaining approvals, printing and delivery
• Showcases a high-level knowledge of design platforms including, but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Effectively communicates with the Business Development Team, customers, and other parties to ensure that designs accurately reflect the desired message
• Oversees brand consistency across all marketing materials; revises and reformats materials as needed
• Sources and liaise with external suppliers as needed

Website Management & Social Media

• Assists and contributes to company website updates
• Demonstrates general social media knowledge and fluency (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Supports Marketing & Communications Manager with the development of social media strategies, growth and implementation
