Job Description

Role Summary
The primary responsibilities of the Client Service Representative in the Institute is to ensure all Fortius Sport & Health clients have a pleasant and welcoming experience while ensuring that the Centre’s policies, procedures and behavioural etiquette expectations are adhered to.

Client Services Representatives in the Institute focus on delivering an exceptional client experience for everyone who enters and/or has contact with the Training Centre. 


You are:
• Polite, professional and pleasant.
• Knowledgeable about the programs and services offered by Fortius
• Welcoming to Clients, aware of their health & fitness goals and support the client to meet those goals as part of an integrated team.

The most important skill needed in order to be a Client Service Representative in the Institute is communication. As one of the front line smiling faces of Fortius, this is an important role as you will interact with clients either by telephone or in-person. You must be adaptable, an efficient self-starter and pay attention to detail to complete tasks properly.

Fortius Institute is open six days a week and Client Service Representatives must be flexible and willing to work afternoons, evenings & weekends.

What is expected of you?:

• Greet clients and guests in a welcoming and professional manner and maintain strong relationships that promote trust & client satisfaction;
• Perform on-going, shift-specific duties (administrative and other) related to the operations of Medical and Allied Health practices;
• Responsible for the consistent application of existing policies and procedures including the enforcement of our established ‘rules’ and behavioural expectations of clients and staff;
• Schedule, book and take payments for appointments, classes, and programs. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important;
• Answer or make telephone calls, return emails and take care of client or visitor requests and inquiries. Process payment transactions for services, programs & classes;
• Be knowledgeable about the programs and services offered in other areas at Fortius and be able to appropriately respond to client enquiries, to educate clients about the scope of Fortius business and how Fortius can help them attain their health and fitness goals;
• Take direction from the Manager and/or Assistant Manager;
• Assist in the promotion of programs, services and memberships and provide information to prospective clients who enter the Training Centre seeking information about what Fortius has to offer;
• Other duties as required.


Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of customer service, clerical & administrative experience
• Contentious and professional, with respect for detail and doing a job well: the first time.
• Post-secondary education is a strong asset
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Computer experience, including Microsoft office
