As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the company’s suite of SaaS business applications, including ERP/CRM, Warehouse Management, Inventory Supply Planning, and Business Intelligence systems. This role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure these applications meet business needs, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

Job Description

Performing the following duties:

  • Manage and configure SaaS business applications to align with business requirements.
  • Provide expert-level end-user support, training, and guidance on application features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and SaaS vendors for issue resolution and feature requests.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to optimize operations.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across business applications.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and supporting SaaS business applications.
  • Strong background in accounting and financial transactions, with a deep understanding of financial processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems including NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
