Job Description

The Marketing Specialist assists in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing programs across a variety of channels.

The ideal candidate will collect and translate data and research into actionable insights that inform product development, B2B sales strategy, and branding and campaign development. This position is responsible for communications, market research, B2B sales enablement, digital marketing, brand management, and outsourcing subject matter experts as appropriate.

This position requires collaboration across departments and setting and managing project deadlines to deliver results. Success in this role requires a firm understanding of company objectives and the ability to prioritize and align people, processes, and projects.

  • Develop, implement, and track digital marketing initiatives
  • Support B2B sales efforts that retain current partners and attract new partners
  • Develop and create marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Monitor results, assessing and adapting effectiveness
  • Periodically evaluate and adapt ongoing programs to incorporate new trends & tools
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand projects and expectations
  • Work with creatives for copy, photography, and other project needs
  • Continuous learning of new methods, software and other skills needed for success
  • Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics such as lead generation, views and other KPI’s

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent in related field
  • Experience in insurance / the warranty sector is preferred, but not essential
  • Some travel required
