Job Description

Forsta is looking for an experienced Manager, People Team with outstanding people skills to support our staff and ensure that our People programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. You will be responsible for our offices in Sarajevo, Bosnia.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and employment practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. In this position you will improve processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organization's values.


  • Manage employee relations issues and disputes while supporting employee development
  • Partner with the Global People team to enhance job satisfaction and develop employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on developing employee recognition programs
  • Work with the Global People team to implement strategies that support our business objectives and develop metrics to measure success against those objectives
  • Responsible for employee performance management in Sarajevo, Bosnia, including but not limited to manager and employee coaching, disciplinary action, performance evaluations and pay increases.
  • Work with Legal team to ensure compliance of applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Responsible for compensation administration, planning, analysis, and salary surveys.





  • 5-7 years of HR Management experience, including employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, HRIS/HCM, recruitment and training.
  • Must have experience working with direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
