Job Description

The Ministry Support Representative is a vital member of the Ministry Services team, responsible for ensuring precise inventory control, accurate accounts receivable transactions, and excellent customer service for both domestic and international LTW supporters. Uniquely gifted to enjoy detailed data entry processes and solve different problems each day, this is an opportunity to join the Kingdom work of transforming hearts around the world. By efficiently and effectively following the key daily processes of data and inventory support, the Ministry Support Representative is a critical part of furthering the mission and vision of LTW. 

Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • System entry and follow-up on customer orders, donations, and general ministry inquiries received by mail, web, call center, and over the phone
  • Opening, detailing, sorting, forming batches/deposits for entering and processing incoming orders, donations, questions, and prayer requests
  • Retrieving and importing for processing call center transactions/notes including orders, donations, questions, and prayer requests
  • Review and processing of web imports to include resolving errors/duplicate accounts and completion of deposits
  • Non-cash data entry
  • Calendar year-end tax statement processing/research
  • Assisting Ministry Relations with product data entry/fulfillment
  • Creating new product code, monitor existing
  • Product inventory control
  • Assisting with new account and monthly donor mailings

Qualifications

The Ministry Support Representative is both highly detail oriented and relational. To thrive and be successful, you must be proactive while maintaining a calm and professional manner. To qualify as a candidate you should possess the following characteristics and experience: 

  • Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service and data entry experience required
  • Accounts receivable experience desired
  • Personal qualities of honesty, integrity, credibility, friendliness; professional, selfless servant, punctual, and detail oriented
  • Must be a problem solver, organized, and a team player
  • Superior telephone communication skills
  • Office automation skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Must agree with LTW’s Church Membership & Statement of Faith

Additional Information

Compensation for the Ministry Support Representative includes:

  • Salary range of $40-$45K
  • 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions
  • Paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
