Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
As the CRM Administrator, your primary job centers around the management, administration and development of our CRM tool, StudioEnterprise by DonorDirect. As the CRM subject matter expert, you’ll handle testing, configuration, deployments, and updates. You will also be responsible for some end user  training for  ministry staff on functionality of the tool.  As new people come into the organization, they’ll need help setting up their profiles. You will also manage the IT support ticketing system, handling all Level 1 and 2 StudioEnterprise issues and coordinating level 3 escalations. There’s a lot of trouble-shooting and problem solving in this role, so a customer service orientation is essential. You’ll regularly be working with database developers to resolve issues. There’s a lot of documentation related to the CRM and various processes, so excellent written communication skills are also essential. You will also serve as the backup for Level 1 IT team when they are unavailable. Leading the Way has offices and teams across multiple international time zones, and you will be needed to periodically provide CRM and Level 1 and 2 help desk support. As a technology professional, your skills and work ethic will contribute to an international effort that is committed to making the light of Christ accessible to the whole world! 

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL: HARD AND SOFT SKILLS
 
Have/ Experience With

  • CRM tool in an administrative or development capacity
  • Ticketing system, handling level 1 and 2 requests and coordinating level 3
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Deep understanding of automation / digital email campaigns
  • Ability to research and provide source code
  • Ability to manipulate data and create workflows 
  • Documentation of CRM processes
  • IT helpdesk experience (beneficial but not required)
  • Ability to train non-technical personnel 
  • Proven technical aptitude and ability to master new technology and problem solve
