Job Description

The Mobile Device Operations Analyst (full-time) will work on a team that creates and executes mobile solutions for corporate accounts. We create solutions that range from "edge of envelope" healthcare telematics to improving the daily business functions of our clients. If a Solution Architect creates the recipe, the Operations Analyst is able to analyze it and make it come to life. Experience with a healthcare related project or position is a plus!

  • Create and maintain documentation of work processes and procedures for Connected Care product
  • Performs QA document control, including document login, tracking, processing, approval, distributing, and archiving in compliance internal policies and procedures, and customer contract requirements
  • Coordinates revision, review and approval of SOPs for specific programs and emerging products
  • Reviews quality outputs, change control, validation and qualification of program documents
  • Maintains change control and deviation processes for SOPs, master records, specifications, test methods, validation/quality control reports, and other records as required
  • Generates incident reports, change controls and CAPA reports  
  • Assists in quality investigations
  • Assists in developing workbook as a resource for selling and managing Connected Care
  • Assists in development, review and improvement of policies, systems and procedures for projects

 

 

Qualifications

  • Business Analyst with hands on experience (5 years) with developing extensive business requirements, document control. Experience in medical manufacturing is a plus
  • Experience in electronic document management is a plus
  • Well organized with specific attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Access, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Must be self-motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and be able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to identify quality issues/discrepancies and effectively and proactively resolve issues
  • PMP certified strongly preferred (value add and could be a requirement for select customers).
