Our goal is to grow our fulfillment business 10x! As the Director of Fulfillment you will be strategic in helping us make this vision a reality. In this role you will lead Access Worldwide’s fulfillment operations and be the primary liaison between our customers and our operations team. You will report directly to the President, own the P&L for the fulfillment business, and be responsible for managing customer accounts and the fulfillment operations team. You will grow revenue by adding new accounts and developing new solutions for existing customer accounts. As the Director of Fulfillment you will also ensure our core values of Trustworthiness, Teamwork, Dedication, Service Focus and Stewardship are consistently upheld. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Account Management

• Be the primary liaison between our customers and our operations team
• Setup and onboard new customers
• Coordinate installation of new customer inventory
• Manage all daily orders
• Administer client and management reporting function
• Ensure monthly billing is on time and accurate
• Lead quarterly client business review meetings
• Quote and manage kitting and assembly projects for cost control, efficiency and accuracy
• Find new business opportunities in existing accounts and prospects
• Travel 1-2 days per quarter for client meetings and/or industry events
   

Fulfillment Services Management

• Manage the closely-knit and growing fulfillment warehouse team
• Become the primary in-house expert on our fulfillment system software
• Maintain inventory, picking, packing and shipping accuracy to meet customer service level agreements
• Manage shipping and materials vendors
• Provide backup support for other account managers

We are looking for a recognized leader who can help us grow our fulfillment business. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing an e-commerce fulfillment operation and customer account management skills. In addition, we also have the following specific qualifications we are looking for in a Director of Fulfillment:

• Experience in a customer facing role in an e-commerce fulfillment operation
• 2+ years of warehouse or production management experience is a plus
• Great customer service skills
