Job Description

Marketing Product Manager (full-time/on-site) We will share the name and location of this very respected Atlanta-based company during a phone interview.  

  • Plans and manages the launch of new marketing campaign products.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders on marketing campaign initiatives, understanding business goals and how best to implement campaigns to achieve desired results
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the whowhatwhen and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our marketing channel processes based on what you learn, providing recommendations to stakeholders as needed to improve success of new campaigns
  • Understand how to test and measure new campaign products to determine if business goals were reached.  
  • Develop best in class marketing campaign products by conducting market research and assess current campaign products against competitors and other players in the travel and hospitality industry
  • Establish intake process, expectations, and timelines with various stakeholder groups for development of new products
  • Create product content, including messaging and appropriate channel  
  • Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets 
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience 
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics.
  • Must be a strong verbal and written communicator, able to develop presentations and deliver presentations to stakeholders and executives
  • Team player with strong management and inter-personal skills for interacting with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
