The Account Manager is a critical member of the Access Worldwide team and helps us grow our business by provide caring, creative solutions to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure our customers are thrilled with the value they receive from Access Worldwide. You will be in daily contact with a nationwide group of client companies of various size. Proactive, customer relationship-building skills are a must. Your efforts are crucial in building successful relationships with our customers, assessing their needs, and helping implement our solutions. • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of customer service or account management experience
• Proven customer focused and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic and creative thinking skills
• Experience with fulfillment, letter shop, mailing, small parcel, publishing, or advertising preferred
