Job Description

As an Account Executive at Marketplace, you will identify and onboard opportunities, utilizing the Forbes Health marketing solutions portfolio. This includes affiliate offers, sponsored placements and lead-generation partnerships. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for the research and identification of key stakeholders within target organizations, developing communication strategies, and driving multi-channel engagement campaigns. 

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth through your exceptional ability to build relationships and close deals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' marketing objectives, challenges, and budgets.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients that align with their business goals and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and report pipeline progression, hitting set KPIs.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and renew deals.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience selling performance marketing solutions
  • Experience within lead generation preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound sales
  • Familiarity with performance marketing solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about driving business success.
