Anyware Robotics is a fast-paced startup backed by world-class VCs. Empowered by the latest progress of AI, we are building the next generation of general-purpose robot which can work flexibly in unstructured environment, helping warehouses and manufacturers to significantly increase efficiency and reduce costs. Our team is expanding rapidly to accelerate development and meet growing customer demands.

Anyware Robotics seeking a HR/Recruiter to join our team. As our first HR hire, you will be instrumental in building the foundation of our people operations. You will collaborate directly with the founding team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our mission, values, and ambitious growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, policies, and processes of a cutting-edge robotics company from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO to streamline operations and provide support in key areas to make their role more effective and focused.

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Design and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent, including engineers, roboticists, and business professionals.
    • Build and manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.
  • Employee Onboarding & Engagement

    • Create and manage a seamless onboarding experience to help new hires integrate into our company and culture.
    • Foster employee engagement through regular feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
  • Culture & Employer Branding

    • Partner with leadership to define and promote a strong, inclusive, and mission-driven company culture.
    • Develop employer branding initiatives to position Anyware Robotics as a top workplace for robotics and AI talent.
  • HR Policies & Compliance

    • Establish HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Design compensation, benefits, and performance management systems to attract and retain high-performing talent.
  • Strategic HR Planning

    • Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and create scalable HR processes.
    • Provide strategic guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR, with 1-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
  • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Passion for building teams and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven workplace.
  • Familiarity with HR system and ATS tools. 

The base salary range for this position is $90,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this role includes an equity component as part of the total compensation package, reflecting the early-stage nature of our company.
