Job Description

The Customer Service Operations Manager leads two teams of servicing representatives performing the following processes:

  • Customer contact through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and emails
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints
  • Managing and monitoring the flow of incoming servicing tickets received in our ticketing system, seeing them through to closing
  • Continuous monitoring and review of day to day operations

Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively hire, train, coach, and manage teams by providing daily support, direction, and leadership to the employees of each respective team.
  • Motivate teams and encourage excellence in customer service
  • Ensure teams are meeting quality and productivity goals within established SLAs
  • Design, develop, review, and update process flows and procedures to support servicing operations functions
  • Continuous process improvement review to determine ways to increase productivity and quality, including streamlining and automating processes
  • Facilitate the customer experience, including calls and emails, ensuring that concerns are addressed in a timely manner to ensure customer service standards are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership abilities including ability to motivate teams, effectively communicate (oral and written), organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and aptitude for learning new systems
  • Excellent work ethic and unquestionable integrity
  • Strong oral and verbal communication skills
