Job Description

FocusReactive is a modern consultancy company with deep specialization in our core development stack. It is not a traditional outsourcing company, as we operate following UK based agency structure, focusing on expert consultations in the field, and deep integration with client dev team where each our engineer works directly with stakeholders and peers.

 We seek for a proactive, horizontally skilled Business Development Manager, willing to develop deep understanding of our industry and services and being able to execute multiple roles in sales, partnership management and inbound marketing. The current team and founders are all practicing engineers, and you will be joining our team to help expand our client based and grow together with the company.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in IT sales-related role with focus on clients acquisition
  • Demonstrable ability to learn quickly
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Experience in leadgen
  • Experience with inbound marketing
  • Experience in account management and/or partnership management
  • Solid spoken and written English skills
  • Optional: extra credit for
  • Experience editing English articles for marketing
  • Experience with IT-events
  • Proven experience and results from inbound-marketing and partnerships activities with a goal of increased client acquisition
