Essential duties & responsibilities:

Maintain and grow an assigned active and inactive client base

Prospect for new clients

Respond to incoming phone, email & web leads, as well as online live chats

Develop quotes & place orders

Provide Customer service support

Support & participate in marketing initiatives

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. $12 - $14.50 / Hr. + Commission.

Education:

Minimum high school graduate.

Experience:

2 to 3 years experience in the beauty industry.

&/OR

1 + years in "inside sales" within an interest in the beauty industry

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Must be fluent in MS Office and comfortable with databases & Excel

Wanting to work "inside" to do sales.

Extremely organized, adaptable and detail oriented with a high level of accountability

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks 

Good team player with ability to work well with all departments and all levels of the organization
