Job Description

The Opportunity

This newly created role keeps Flywire’s global benefits and leave programs running smoothly across 15+ countries. Working closely with People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams, you will optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, serve as a main escalation point for employees, and support our Total Rewards and Recognition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Escalations: Support daily benefits operations (enrollments, life events, open enrollment) and act as the first point of escalation for complex benefits and leave inquiries.

  • Vendor & Leave Management: Coordinate daily vendor operations, eligibility files, and renewals. Support leave-of-absence logistics and return-to-work execution.

  • Process Improvement & Compliance: Perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and system testing. Document processes and create self-service guides for employees.

  • Recognition Strategy: Support the rollout and ongoing administration of Flywire’s global recognition program.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in benefits administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (audits & reporting). HRIS experience (e.g., Workday) is a strong plus.

  • Competencies: Strong organizational skills, process documentation capability, and fluency in English. Multi-country benefits experience is highly preferred.
