Job Description

The Opportunity: 

As a Revenue Enablement Manager, focused on our Sales and Client Success teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our prospect/client facing organizations. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional who can lead the design, implementation, and optimization of training and development initiatives for these teams. 

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Solutions and Leadership to identify areas for education and development within the Sales/CSM organizations.
  • Provide recommendations on content, based on evolving business needs and industry trends.
  • Build, programmatize and maintain scalable enablement programs that drive performance improvements.
  • Manage the intake of enablement requests and discern priorities for delivery to the leadership teams.
  • Regularly analyze key metrics across the Sales and CSM teams to ensure alignment with performance goals.
  • Stay abreast of external enablement best practices to continuously refine and enhance programs.
  • Define clear learning objectives for each initiative, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Solutions teams to deliver supporting collateral and  materials that reinforce learning objectives.
  • Develop engaging live training collateral, activities, and interactive sessions that drive desired behavioral outcomes across the organization.
  • Work closely with revenue leadership to determine quarterly strategic priorities.
  • Report on metrics and feedback to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For: 

  • 5-7 + years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales enablement
  • Experience building, managing, and measuring enablement program/initiative progress
  • Experience working with/in enablement teams focused on GTM personas
  • Demonstrated skills in content creation and delivery to selling teams (sales, pre-sales and/or post-sales)
  • Ability to lead and project manage multiple initiatives of varying complexity and timeframes

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$130,000 plus, commission, restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
