Job Description
The Opportunity:
You’ll join a team focused on improving all aspects of the healthcare vertical through empathetic understanding of business processes, benefits and ROI, and data storytelling and management.
- Leveraging ability to understand and empathize the healthcare business to drive insights, evaluate and improve client performance across sales, client success, and product development (including data analytics)
- Evaluate current approaches, available data, and processes: begin improving, expediting, and standardizing.
- Develop and lead business process standardization and improvement for enabling the right outcomes at the right time and place.
- Educate and support teams across the healthcare vertical on data storytelling and visualization for maximum impact.
Prospective Customers (Sales)
- Iterate and improve current benefits approach and gaps needed to improve benefits cases for prospective clients.
- Develop new metrics, dashboards, and processes as needed to better tell the story of how Flywire can help across the value spectrum (financial, provider, patient, admin).
- Lead conversations with prospective clients on the value of the Flywire platform, providing security and comfort in the calculations of benefits both qualitative and quantitative.
Existing Customers (Client Success)
- Understand the current Flywire reporting capabilities, usage, and potential to assist in upselling existing and future functionality.
- Develop the tools to track, measure and evaluate client performance to provide inside data to the “story” for client success
- Listen to current needs and pain points, consolidate feedback.
- Note current benefits, provide suggestions on how else to measure and create further support for expansion of services.
- Educate and support the client success team on where, when, and how to look at available analytics (and partner with analytics team to enhance) to tell the story of their clients’ successes and opportunities.
Product Development & Analytics
- Strategic consolidation of customer and community (non-customer) feedback for development considerations.
- Detail product performance and usage, differentiating between client enablement and client adoption to drive efficiencies and revenue opportunities.
- Numbers focused approach. Need to have the right metrics and effective measuring of the metrics, then the right medium to act upon the measures.
- Deep understanding of data integrity, ensuring proper context is present in every measure.
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of healthcare related experience (revenue cycle, audit, software, analytics)
- Bachelors degree required
- Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Naturally curious and proactive in learning
- Strong analytical and problem solving aptitude - excellent use of spreadsheet applications
- Ability to isolate and address opportunities independently
- Familiarity with database structures and query languages
