Job Description

The Opportunity

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Partner Operations Specialist - to help us handle and process our growing volume of cross-border payments in APAC. You will help process payments globally through partner accounts Flywire have around the world. 

  • Payment reconciliation against Payer's requests
  • Control flow of funds from our Payment Partners
  • Find creative solutions and apply them making impact and improving the current processes
  • Work in the operational implementation of new payment capabilities
  • Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback to team to inform decision-making
  • Face challenges and work independently 
  • Use of data to back up new initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Business Administration, Economics or similar degree
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support our China market
  • Some understanding of payment partners or payment processing cycle
  • Proven experience in an operation role preferably in the fintech or payment processing industry.
  • Working experience in Financial services or operations 
  • Experience in account implementations or similar projects 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to build processes, identifying inefficiencies and potential risks
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Looker will be a good to have
