The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Global Banking & North American Sr. Payments Manager

• Entrepreneurial Leadership to maintain & grow Flywire’s Global Banking & North American Payments Network by supporting payments account management, daily relationship management, performance management, business reporting, and special projects that enhance the network.
• Drive Execution across multiple initiatives to improve network performance and manage milestones and deliverables to bring new functionality to market. Ability to lead stakeholder management internally/externally from requirement definition through to implementation. 
• Payment expertise in Canada & North America with regular vetting of potential partnerships and leadership of contractual negotiations for new and existing providers to optimize the network.
• Support operational and regional teams to manage network and banking escalations and track progress for closure and ensure the right process controls are in place. 
• Analytics &  Reporting to monitor Flywire’s network performance to inform reporting on  key metrics like conversion, cost, completion rates and identifying/implementing improvements.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• 7-10+ years in Payments, Banking, or Account/Relationship Management
• Natural curiosity – ability to ask the right questions and engage deeply with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and work independently to drive numerous projects to completion
• Strong Analytical skills that translate to client optimization opportunities and internal executive reporting
• System integration experience to facilitate partner vetting
