Flywire is seeking a resourceful and organized Banking Operations Associate to join our global banking program and work on exciting new payment solutions for Flywire.  This individual will own key aspects of our bank network including (but not limited to): account administration, internal ticketing, KYC program coordination, banking documentation updates, and assist in resolving operational issues. This individual will also support the Global Banking team on strategic projects that enable new flows for Flywire, gaining exposure to Flywire’s business and playing an important role in its growth.   

The Opportunity:

• Serve as a critical member of Flywire’s global banking team in working to grow our global bank account network and strengthen relationships through participation in account oversight, cost optimization, performance management and special projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to drive expansion of banking objectives by leading account openings work and optimization.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on corporate governance related to banking partners’ “know your customer” program management.
• Improve internal clarity on the banking network by maintaining clear documentation on account functionality and changes
• Assist in audit and maintenance of global account signers list and general account maintenance items
• Participate in Flywire’s global banking strategy for cost optimization by analyzing banking cost allocation and reconciliation process
• Build  expertise on Flywire’s global banking platform to serve as key input for resolving operational issues, service issues and other matters that require bank engagement.

Here’s What We’re Looking For  :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• 1-2 Years experience in a similar field within a financial services environment or administrative roll 
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects 
• Analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English written & spoken
