Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Payments Growth Manager on our Global Payments team to help us innovate within the payments space. As a Payments Growth Manager, you will own and execute on revenue-generating projects that will add value for our clients and payers across the globe. You will:

  • Join a cross-functional team of Payer Growth experts who collaborate to solve problems for our global payers

  • Perform market research and user interviews to discover new opportunities for creating additional value for our clients and payers

  • Create business plans for testing out new growth projects and build stakeholder support for plans internally

  • Work closely with product, analytics, legal, compliance, marketing, and customer service teams to roll out innovative initiatives

  • Vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with strategic partners including banks, card schemes, and payments companies

  • Measure impact of growth projects and scale them past the MVP stage

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience of either payments or growth experience (growth projects) within the consumer space

  • An analytics guru

  • Proficiency with Excel (preferred)

  • Strategic and creative thinker who is focused on execution and impact

  • Obsession with solving customer problems

  • Ability to run tests, learn, and iterate on new ideas

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Collaborative team player

  • Data driven, with strong analytical skills

Our Hiring Process:

We are excited to get to know you! Throughout our process you can expect 4-5 rounds of interviews with different FlyMates including the Hiring Manager, Peers on the team, the VP of the department, and a homework assignment (it is not that bad!). Your TA Partner will walk you through the steps and be your “go-to” person for any questions.
