With over 500 FlyMates distributed across 12 offices world-wide and representing more than 32 nationalities, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.
We at Flywire are seeking a Relationship Associate (RA) to work with Flywire’s clients on the West Coast! The RA will work with the territory relationship management team in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase payer growth, improve retention, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely client issue resolution and improve revenue by assuring clients promote the Flywire Payment Solution effectively and timely.
Work with the territory team to manage the client portfolio to meet the territory goals
Support the strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization, growth and revenue
Initiate dialog and build relationships with crucial points of contact
Help create documents for clients to market Flywire to their student population
Manage new client and addon services on-boarding process and follow ups including facilitating staff trainings
Present products and services to clients timely in an informative, educational, and consultative manner
Organize materials and plan territory maps for marketing plans
Support and uncover new business with existing clients
Drive revenue/payer/money moved growth activities and objectives
Maintain effective communications with client administrators across multiple offices
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
BS/BA in Business, Communications, or Marketing
Must live on the West Coast (PST time zone)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in all office systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Excellent presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
Problem Solving and project management skills
The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
Experience in Higher Education Industry (helpful)
Salesforce experience (plus)
Willingness to travel (less than 10%)
