Job Description

Flywire is looking for a bright, motivated, and hardworking Relationship Manager (RM) to work remotely within an existing portfolio of Education Clients across Australia and New Zealand to build strong client relationships, drive revenue through marketing, training and integration of Flywire solutions. 

The RM reporting directly to the Regional Director of Client Management in APAC will work closely with the in country Sales and RM teams to execute strategies designed to increase payer growth, uncover new business, increase revenue, provide accurate issue resolution and assure clients and their payers have the best payment experience and support in the industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue by building long term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders, understanding their strategies and goals. Perform Onboarding, Marketing, Training, and support activities to maximize growth and deliver additional revenue through up-sell and value-added services. 

  • Lead Integration Projects alongside Solutions team to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to embrace and adopt. 

  • Create strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximize utilization, growth and revenue. Manage all commercial activities - Internal Reporting, Contract renewals, pricing negotiations and new product expansion. 

  • Become the established internal expert which corresponds with your account portfolio and market, with relevant payment products and potential competitors to develop and refine products and operations. 


FlyMate Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Account management and/or client support/success. Experience in Higher Education, Banking & Finance, and/or Technology Platforms.

  • A Self Starter with the ability to work alone, as well as part of a team  in a fast-moving environment. Takes initiative, willing to engage internally and externally. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 

  • Strong Problem Solving and project management skills with attention to detail, time management and Analytical skills. Familiar with Cloud Business applications including Salesforce, Slack, Google and Looker a plus.

  • BSc/BA in Business, Communications, or Marketing
