We are looking for an Implementation Engineer with a technical background to join our Implementation team and help craft our solution to meet our clients’ needs. You will join a small team dedicated to deploying our solution for new and existing clients.  You will work closely with our Implementation Managers to define, discuss, and implement the solution to be built. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality code in a team defined timeframe. 

Key Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of our product for new and existing clients

• Working with our implementation management team to onboard new clients

• Partake in the project management meetings

• Identify ways to streamline onboarding/implementation process

• Provide Level 2 technical support

FlyMates Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in web application development

• 2+ years working with Ruby on Rails (full proficiency required)

• Strong understanding of object-oriented fundamentals

• Excellent understanding or both relational and NoSQL databases

• Excellent communication skills

Technologies We Use:

• Ruby on Rails

• System management: Linux, mySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc

• Cloud platform: AWS
