We, at Flywire, are looking for an up-and-coming marketing intern to help us manage marketing projects, produce a variety of marketing collateral and help with events organization in China. 

This role requires passion, strong attention to detail, a pro-active attitude, an understanding of the urgency of a start-up, and pride in the ownership of tasks while functioning well in a team setting. The role will report into our Senior Marketing Manager based in Shanghai. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work on marketing projects and liaise with agencies
• Social media (WeChat, Weibo) content development and daily operation
• Develop content for infographics, advertisements and swags
• Organize, oversee and ensure smooth operations of events
• Manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Review Chinese translations for multiple materials
• Other administrative tasks assigned by manager

• 其他日常行政类事项

FlyMate Skills & Qualifications

• Working towards or completed a BA/BS degree
• Can work three days per week at least
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and oral)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Command of design tools/software is a plus
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and willing to learn
• Prior international experience (preferred)
• Ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
