About the Role

Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking a creative and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior designers to deliver effective design solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
• Maintain design consistency through established design systems and guidelines.
• Incorporate user feedback and usability principles to improve the overall user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in UI/UX design; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with web and mobile application design principles.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, CSE, Multimedia, or a related discipline (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development.
• Familiarity with design systems, usability testing, and accessibility principles.
• Experience with academic, personal, freelance, or internship-based UI/UX projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, and practical UI/UX skills.
