We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer – CMS for deployment with a leading telecom operator in Bangladesh.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in Telecom VAS, Campaign Management Systems (CMS), Customer Engagement Platforms, or mission-critical application support.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical operations and service assurance of the CMS platform.
- Ensure platform availability, stability, performance, capacity, and business continuity.
- Monitor system health and technical/business KPIs and proactively identify anomalies.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage incidents, problems, escalations, patches, upgrades, and production changes.
- Analyze campaign-related issues involving targeting, eligibility, rewards, delivery, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with software vendors for advanced troubleshooting, SLA management, fixes, and enhancements.
- Support new CMS features, integrations, campaigns, and business requirements.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect resolution, production deployment, and post-release validation.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail, Customer Experience, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Information Security and Change Management requirements.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Computer Engineering, IT, EEE, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong exposure to Telecom VAS, CMS, Customer Engagement Platforms, or enterprise production application support.
- Proven ability to support high-availability, business-critical systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with business teams and technology vendors.
- Ability to take ownership and perform effectively during critical production incidents.
Candidates with direct experience in telecom operators, telecom technology vendors, VAS platforms, or large-scale customer engagement systems will be highly preferred.
