We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our onsite team in Dhaka. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of software projects.

• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Map and optimize business processes; identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure mutual understanding.
• Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress.
• Facilitate and participate in requirement workshops, meetings, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze and validate data to support business decisions and project goals.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing analytical role.
• Experience working in software, IT, or digital project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar).
• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
• Knowledge of data analysis, process modeling, or UML.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
