As a Workforce Growth Intern at Flink, you will gain hands-on experience in driving rider engagement, coordinating with external partners, and supporting operational efficiency. You will work closely with the growth, data, and operations teams to support both tactical and strategic initiatives while focusing on engaging with riders from day one.

Job Description

Your role will be predominantly based around engaging with employees on their first day as well as following up on new hires. You will be our frontline interacting with the operation and understanding where we can improve!

  • Calling and engaging with riders to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and support retention initiatives.
  • Coordinating and executing projects in collaboration with external companies and partners.
  • Performing detailed data entry, validation, and reporting to support team operations and business insights.
  • Working on site with new riders, introducing them to our workflows and apps

Qualifications

  • You are a self-starter, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Previous experience in sales, business development or engagement roles. Comfortable with speaking to a multitude of people in one day.
  • Experience in a start-up, consulting, or growth/operations role is a plus.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of your projects.
  • Able to work from the Amsterdam office 4 days per week.
