In your role as Junior Business Development & Automation Analyst (m/f/d), you will support process improvement and automation initiatives, driving efficiency and cross-team alignment while ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
Job Description
- Analyze and map current processes to identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements through both automation and process changes to enhance overall performance.
- Support the implementation of solutions across business units, ensuring smooth rollouts, proper adoption, and alignment with business objectives.
- Enable stakeholders through clear communication and training, ensuring they fully understand new processes, apply them correctly, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop dashboards and reports that surface key insights, enabling teams to track progress and adjust course as needed.
Qualifications
- You have at least 1 year of experience in management consulting or high-growth startup
- Strong analytical skills (SQL knowledge is mandatory) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose both processual and automation-based solutions.
- You can work proactively and independently, always looking for opportunities to take initiative and improve existing processes.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
