In your role as a Marketing Lead (m/f/d), you will fully own the communications and campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness in Germany- Flink’s biggest market. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the marketing campaigns. You must have demonstrated success in marketing strategy & campaigns in Germany previously at a grocery retailer, e-commerce or an FMCG. You have strong interpersonal relationships, negotiating and communications skills.

Job Description
- Fully own Flink’s communication with its German consumers through marketing campaigns, market analyses, trends and best practices
- Strategize and implement campaigns and communication angles across all our marketing channels to drive business growth and brand awareness
- Lead a team of 2 FTE responsible for online and offline marketing activations locally, including content creation, campaign launch and execution and cross-department collaborations
- Manage the tracking and measurement of the campaigns and translate measurable outcomes into new insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall strategy
- Act as a local brand ambassador by having the customer interest in mind, and advocating for it across the board
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in Marketing for the German market, in a fast-paced environment, preferably of a well-known brand in retail, or e-commerce, or food delivery;
- Demonstrated ability to analyze local trends and build impactful & highly relevant campaigns that resonate with the target audience;
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication, storytelling, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
- Business fluency in German and English.
