In your role as a Workforce Growth Specialist (m/f/d), you will design and execute the automation of multiple growth processes. You will collaborate with local country teams to improve our hiring platform funnels, automate engagement campaigns, and create insightful dashboards.
Job Description
- Design and implement employee engagement campaigns aimed at improving workforce performance and retention
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of engagement campaigns, identifying areas for optimisation and improvement
- Create and maintain data structures, including tracking mechanisms to measure employee behaviour and campaign success
- Owning and enforcing AB-testing best practices end-to-end: designing experiments, validating features, drawing conclusions, and recommending next steps
- Use SQL (and other tools/languages such as Looker, and Python) to gather, analyse, and visualise data, enabling data-driven decision-making across all lifecycle activities
- Continuously iterate on engagement strategies based on performance data, feedback, and changing workforce needs
- Segment audiences based on employee data to deliver personalised and relevant communication strategies
- Collaborate with local teams and other stakeholders to align workforce lifecycle strategies with business goals
- Manage the hiring funnel, ensuring an efficient and streamlined process at every stage to optimise applicant conversion rates.
- Continuously analyze and improve each stage of the hiring process, identifying bottlenecks, reducing time-to-hire, and implementing data-driven optimisations to increase conversion success.
- Provide clear documentation and visibility into the hiring process for all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates through reporting and automated notifications.
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel and other programming languages (e.g. Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, etc);
- You have excellent written and spoken communication in English;
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin.
