Job Description

As our Director of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company's financial strategy and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key member of the financial leadership team reporting directly to the CFO. In this position, you will oversee cost controlling and drive forecasting, scenario planning and business case analysis in close collaboration with Growth and Operations teams and play a key part in executing on our strategy and driving profitable business decisions.

The leader coming into this role will be tasked with developing and growing existing talent in a team of FP&A professionals. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, deep business knowledge and the ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Engage and develop a team of FP&A professionals; establish the team as a proven center of analytical excellence to support financial decision-making across the organization
  • Iterate on our planning model to ensure alignment with the Group’s KPIs and strategic targets and sufficient granularity to enable driver-focused performance monitoring
  • Improve accuracy of the quarterly and annual budgeting cycles
  • Prepare investor reports and collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure consistency between internal and external reporting.
  • Establish processes and partnerships that support driving business performance through target setting

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years in strategic finance roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth environments such as e-commerce or food delivery services
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and resource allocation in dynamic business settings.
  • Proven ability to effectively motivate and manage a high-performing team; successful track record hiring and developing talent in a high-growth environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skill, capable of driving team performance and aligning financial strategies with corporate goals.
  • An integrative problem-solving approach, partnering across functions to deliver results
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills; you have the ability to condense complex issues into key take-aways and action items
  • Strong affinity for data and technology
