Job Description

  • Assist with administrative tasks within the People Operations and People Development subteams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes;
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal documentation such as the employee handbook;
  • Utilize HR tools and platforms to input and maintain employee data accurately;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees submitting inquiries through the ticketing system;
  • Generate reports on ticketing system performance and employee satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with team members to support ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture within the People department.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or have experience in a related field;
  • Ability to learn and work with HR tools and platforms effectively and proficiency in Google Workspace;
  • Strong attention to detail, stakeholder, and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment;
  • Availability to work at least 18 hours per week during regular business hours;
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
