Job Description
As an Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence and store optimization. Your contributions will be centered around two core topics: operations reporting & analysis, as well as space planning & optimization. In this role you will be a driving factor in Flink’s growth and efficiency.
Operations reporting & analysis:
- Analyze operational KPIs, leveraging hub data to find valuable insights for driving efficiencies.
- Setup and continuously improve reporting to empower country operations through sharing clear insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including country operations, supply chain & demand planning to enable efficient operations
- Influence decision-making processes, advocating for data-driven choices instead of intuition-based decisions
- Work on new projects that contribute to the operational performance of Flink
Space planning & optimization:
- Space planning is optimizing the placement of our assortment inside hubs to simultaneously increase assortment size and operational efficiency
- Own a country wide project that improves the operational efficiency and assortment capacity of all our locations. As part of that also collaborate closely with the property management team to optimize picking routes for efficiency
- Close collaboration with the commercial, supply chain and demand planning team on all assortment related activities
Qualifications
- You are preferably pursuing a Masters in business, economics, logistics, operations research, supply chain or a related field;
- You have relevant experience with setting up an optimization framework;
- You have previous experience with data analysis and you feel comfortable pushing forward your own projects;
- You have an affinity with retail and/or delivery business;
- Be structured and accurate and drive for the best results;
- Show hands-on ability, make sure the execution of your plans meets expectations in practice;
