Job Description
- Responsible for our German payroll, consisting of both HQ and Operations
- Manage the payroll process from the collection of data until the execution of the salary payment.
- Perform the continuous development and standardisation of processes
- Advising employees, managers and HR business partners on tax and social security law issues
- Accompanying in- and external audits by economic, tax and social security institutions as well as participation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts
- Responsible for the management of a team of payroll professionals
Qualifications
- Several years of practical experience and resulting expert knowledge in payroll
- In-depth knowledge of payroll tax, social security and labor law with regard to payroll accounting
- Excellent communication skills, discretion, loyalty and a sovereign demeanor and strong diplomatic skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy matter
- Business Professional German and English skills in speaking and writing
