•  Responsible for our German payroll, consisting of both HQ and Operations
• Manage the payroll process from the collection of data until the execution of the salary payment.
• Perform the continuous development and standardisation of processes 
• Advising employees, managers and HR business partners on tax and social security law issues
• Accompanying in- and external audits by economic, tax and social security institutions as well as participation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts
• Responsible for the management of a team of payroll professionals

• Several years of practical experience and resulting expert knowledge in payroll 
• In-depth knowledge of payroll tax, social security and labor law with regard to payroll accounting
• Excellent communication skills, discretion, loyalty and a sovereign demeanor and strong diplomatic skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy matter
• Business Professional German and English skills in speaking and writing
