• Expand and improve our planning and performance management landscape by leveraging financial and analytical systems’ capabilities, and actively engaging with stakeholders from different parts of the Group to set aspirational yet achievable goals
• Build your own models from scratch and improve existing models to capture complex business dynamics, and everyday improve the way we look at our business to support strategic decision making
• Play a leading role in the budget and forecasting cycles to ensure that budget requests are collected, reviewed, and optimized
• Build strong relationships at different levels of the organization by proactively reaching out to learn about concerns, priorities, and how we can better support them. 
• Run ad hoc analyses, business cases, analyze performance versus goals and actively participate in projects to ensure we are making the right decisions in our business

• Several years of professional experience with a strong knowledge of (financial) planning to perform financial and ad hoc analysis demonstrating outstanding analytical skills in financial management, consulting, or investment banking (experience in retail/ tech/ e-commerce/ internet is strongly preferred)
• Successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable course of study 
• Proven record in driving topics and projects in fast-paced environments as well as acting as sparring partner for key decisions
• Hands-on experience with data analytics (Excel, VBA, G-Sheets, Tableau, similar) combined with a tech-savvy attitude 
• Quick thinker with can-do attitude as well as easy adaptability to change and work independently
• Busienss professional communication in English plus ideally an additional corporate language (German, French, Dutch)
