In your role as Junior Workforce Growth Specialist (m/f/d) you will help play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient hiring or our operations staff across Germany.

• The active management of our operations candidates
• Confidently leading and conducting interviews/presentations 
• Supporting our candidates on their path to employment 
• Thoroughly reviewing candidates' documents and providing/sending legal documentation
• You provide a qualitative report to your direct stakeholders

• You are enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment
• You have prior experience recruiting operational roles and improving recruitment processes
• You are open, communicative and a team player
• You speak fluent German and English
• You have already gained some experience with HR-related tasks
• You have already gained some experience with Excel/ Google Sheets
