In your role as a Senior Growth Manager (m/f/d), you will act as a sparring partner to the Head of Marketing Germany, by further developing the business growth operationally and strategically.

Job Description

  • Become an expert in Flink Germany’s growth initiatives including demand generation, demand/supply balance, customer retention, order frequency, basket size management, fee structures, and more
  • Create, implement and manage continuous experimentation to better define future strategies in collaboration with other marketing disciplines (e.g. performance marketing, offline, CRM...)
  • Apply analytical rigor to regularly track and report country and hub performance, channel efficiency, campaign effectiveness etc
  • Communicate clearly Flink Germany’s growth opportunities and corresponding solutions to stakeholders both locally and globally
  • Translate data into actionable insights to influence decisions
  • Be the champion of local launch of demand-driving innovations including but not limited to subscription program, gamification, loyalty program, etc

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking or similar roles
  • 2-3 years experience growth or operations role in E-commerce, ride hailing, food delivery or similar late stage start-up 
  • You are highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, knowledge in SQL a strong plus
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, driving campaigns and recommendations based on data, while having a strong hands-on mentality
  • You are results-oriented and constantly challenge the status quo 
  • You have a very consumer centric approach
  • Rigorous and organized, you can juggle several projects simultaneously in a matrixed, complex, and multi-functional environment
  • You have business fluent English skills
  • You have a strong appetite for the world of start-ups
