We are looking for a Head of Retail Media Sales (m/f/d). In this role, you will develop joint advertising strategies with the most significant FMCGs cross-functional together with our commercial & marketing team.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail media space
• Recruit, manage, and develop a team of sales professionals
• Meet or exceed revenue targets for the retail media business vertical
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Develop and implement product features that meet clients' needs, in collaboration with the P&E team. Prioritization of digital media placements to be developed on Flink platform (based on FMCG/Marketing agency needs) based on deep knowledge of industry requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new revenue streams

• 4+ years of experience in sales and strategy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Highly structured, and analytical peoples’ person with long-standing relationships within the retail grocery industry and/ or marketing agencies catering to FMCGs
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ease of understanding of tech and product-related topics.
