As a Zendesk Administrator you will be reporting to the Hub Care Manager/Lead. You will have a huge impact on the way we operationalize our warehouse employee experience. We provide our employees with the knowledge, support, and answers they need for Flink to be successful. You will stand accountable together with our second Zendesk Specialist for our systems and collaborate with key stakeholders to set them up for success.

Job Description

  • Configure and optimize internal system integrations, workflows and reports
  • Find creative ways to continuously automate and optimize our processes
  • Contribute to our tool strategy by evaluating existing and future tools. Develop and maintain Zendesk configuration and process documentation
  • Keep current on industry best practices, new features and enhancements to the platform, and make recommendations to improve team efficiency
  • Analyze team productivity to ensure effective use of the platform and maintain data integrity
  • Structure and execution of regular training of the teams for all process changes within our systems

Qualifications

  • You have a strong functional knowledge of Zendesk data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • You are a certified Zendesk Administrator 
  • You have strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • You have an affinity for IT, good analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
  • You show a high willingness to continuously and actively develop your knowledge
  • German skills are a big plus
