Job Description

  • Building, growing and developing a reliable and efficient AP team with across markets
  • Strategic and operational responsibility for accounts payable
  • Active participation on monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing
  • Further develop the Finance system landscape jointly with other Finance teams and strategic development and digitalization of processes and structures
  • Providing accurate inputs for Asset Accounting team
  • Regular exchange with all legal entities across Flink and our Financial Controlling
  • Responsible for constant reconciling of accounts payable with suppliers and maintaining a good relationship with them
  • Strategic development and digitalization of processes and structures in accounts payable

Qualifications

  • Economic education, certified accountant or similar qualification
  • Work and leadership experience would be an advantage
  • English skills required, one additional corporate language (DE, FR, NL) preferred
  • Very good experience in usage of technology and process improvement
  • Willingness to further education and obtaining expertise for new software
  • Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS advantageous
