In your role as SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Engineer (m/f/d), you will work in a very fast-paced and international environment. You will run and optimize our SF Platform as the core people platform currently for more than 20.000 employees in 3 countries.

• You are responsible for the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Modules as well as the continuous end-to-end process optimization
• You work closely with our engineers to reliably populate the data to our downstream systems 
• You built up and secure the maintenance of the interfaces towards and from our SAP SuccessFactors Suite 
• You work closely with our HR and Product departments and are the key point of contact for all topics related to SAP SuccessFactors

• Very good technical knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Platform 
• Very good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (especially in the domain of Integration Center, WebHooks, OData and Identity Management)
• Strong relevant programming skills (e.g. UI5, ABAP, ABAP OO)
• Knowledge of other Modules/Systems like SAP SuccessFactors EC, Onboarding, OpenText, Qualtrics is a plus
• Fluency in English, German is a plus 
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely together with our Engineers
