We are a very dynamic workforce requiring a high level of automation. In your role as a Senior IT Application Specialist, you will be responsible to improve and automate processes as well as setting up interfaces in our SaaS application landscape at Flink.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to automate manual and error-prone processes, and implement improvements, new features, and fixes to handle the current and future scale
  • Coordinate the introduction of the new applications, platforms, and systems next to supporting incident, request, and change processes
  • Implement the right controls and role-based access to ensure that the right users have access to the right platforms, with the periodic reviews
  • Oversee and manage our hardware inventory, tracking devices, and spending across multiple sources
  • Train the support team, share best practices and continuously search for ways to improve our processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
  • 3+ years working in IT application management and/or service management, ideally being responsible for automating IT processes for internal users
  • Experience in ITIL-driven environment supporting users located across multiple offices and locations 
  •  Experience in managing and improving hardware inventory across both Mac and Windows, understanding the key issues that are faced across both 
  • Experience with mobile device management using tools such as VMware Workspace One, and identity platforms such as Okta - good to have but not essential 
  • The ability and desire to always continue to learn, and try new approaches and tooling.
