In your role as Lead Campaign Manager, you strategically plan and coordinate cross-channel sales campaigns and brand campaigns. In collaboration with stakeholders, you act as a project manager by overseeing timelines, execution and monitoring. You will support in shaping and improving the direction of campaign processes at Flink by balancing creative, analytical, and strategic thinking.

- Responsible for owning and managing the monthly and annual campaign calendar with a standardised approach to measurement, evaluation and KPIs
- Responsible for defining campaign strategic objectives, multi-channel execution of campaigns, and leveraging across local markets: DE, AT, NL and FR
- Analyze data sets to identify consumer and market trends, and suggest high impact campaign strategies
- Drive alignment, coordination and planning across multiple teams including CRM, Performance Marketing, Brand and Sourcing
- Partner with cross-functional leads to develop integrated marketing campaigns and concepts for key seasonal events throughout the year and partner key account deals.
- Build product promotion campaigns, new product launches and assortment curations that drive growth and generate order volume
- Oversee end to end campaign management including briefing of creatives
- Support in building and leading the Campaign team
Qualifikationen
- You bring at least 4+ years of solid work experience in campaign management, ideally in a leading e-commerce retailer
- You have 2+ experience working in a leadership position
- You take ownership of projects and have the ability to manage complexity within a fast-paced dynamic environment
- You’re a team player with excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- You are able to think both strategically and creatively with a proactive can-do attitude
- You have proven ability to analyse, interpret and translate data into strategy
- You are business fluent in English and are a great communicator
- Experience with FMCG/grocery/quickC retailers is a plus
- You have a passion for food and a strong sense for latest trends
