We are currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Marketing Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our rapidly growing Rider Growth department. 

• Coordinate marketing related projects within Rider Growth department, always making sure we have all teams aligned on priorities, next steps and deadlines for each initiative
• Build and maintain pipeline of marketing projects to continuously improve our rider acquisition strategy and rider NPS
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and partnerships, both online and offline, guaranteeing we have the best channel mix and value proposition for our riders
• Use data and marketing insights as key elements of daily decision making
• Work closely with the local and global marketing and rider operations teams to create compelling content and successful campaign

• 2+ years experience working in marketing, growth and/or project management roles
• Innovative and motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Result-driven mindset with an analytical approach in drawing conclusions
• Team player that can work well collaboratively as well as independently
• Very good communication skills, native in Dutch and fluent written and spoken in English
• A degree in marketing, business, or a similar degree program
